TECHLY NZ is an online digital distribution and entertainment platform which allows customers to buy digital video games.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars ($) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST (15% sales tax).

If a product is advertised for sale at a particular price, we reserve the right to let our customers know that there has been a mistake and the item is actually more expensive than advertised. We do not have to sell the item for the advertised price in the event that it is a genuine mistake. This is in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986. The Act protects the consumer against being mislead or treated unfairly by retailers. It also protects retailers when genuine mishaps occur with pricing errors.

Purchasing

We accept the following payment types online: Credit Card via PayPal.

The product range that we offer consists of computer games and software, which can only be downloaded digitally.

Please check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements displayed on the relevant product page, before ordering that product.

Where applicable, upon purchasing a product you will be supplied with a serial key (aka activation code) per product, allowing you to unlock and use that product on your computer. In some cases, we may supply you with more than one serial key to unlock the software.

Upon completion of your order, your serial key(s) will be emailed to you.

All products which are purchased via our website and redeemed via third party platforms such as Microsoft are subject to license terms covered by their individual terms of service. By downloading and using a product, you agree to their license terms.

Exploiting the products for any commercial purpose such as reselling is strictly prohibited.
